High Volume Plan Order Form
Instructions: Use this form if you want us to host your web site under
our high volume plan and register your domain name (www.yourname.com) or transfer
your domain name from another provider. This option requires a payment as follows:
- Plan I - Up to 15GB/month data transfers and 75MB storage - $400 covering:
- three month's hosting at $100/month, and
- $100 one-time setup charge
- Plan II - 15 to 50GB/month data transfers and 125MB storage - $425 covering:
- one month's hosting at $225/month, and
- $200 one-time setup charge
- Plan III - 50 to 100GB/month data transfers and 200MB storage - $700 covering:
- one month's hosting at $400/month, and
- $300 one-time setup charge
- Plan IV - 100 to 200GB/month data transfers and 300MB storage - $1150 covering:
- one month's hosting at $750/month, and
- $400 one-time setup charge
Please fill this form out COMPLETELY to avoid processing delays. When you're
done just click the "Place High Volume Plan Order" button at the bottom
of the page and we'll take it from there. Your web site will normally be ready within
24 hours. Please refer to our customer support section
for information on using your new web site.

not the administrative contact for this domain please enter the administrative contact's
name on the last line of this section. For this purpose the administrative contact
is the individual who should be registered as the owner of the domain name and to
whom invoices related to this domain and web site should be addressed. (If this sounds
confusing it is.)

Rules:
A domain name is composed of two parts - a 20 character prefix and a three character
suffix. Suffixes that you can use are 'com', 'org'
and 'net.' Prefixes can be any combination of letters, numbers or
the dash ('-') as long as the first character is a letter. A period
'.' is used to separate the prefix and suffix. You may not use underscores,
exclamation points or any other characters in a domain name. In addition, the domain
name you will be registering does not begin with 'www.'

InterNIC Domain Name Database. After you've found an available name use your browser's
'Back' button to return here to register your name. Remember thousands of
domain names are registered each per month. If yours is available now, we can't guarantee
that it will be available when your form is processed. The sooner you submit this
form, the better your chances will be to reserve your name.
You will NOT be charged if for any reason we cannot register the name you
have selected.

Enter your desired login name, password, email alias/forwarding info, etc. Clicking
on title of each input box will take you to a glossary explaining the information

Your login name and password are most important and will be discussed here:
Your login name should be between 6 and 8 characters. You can use any combination
of letters and numbers (don't use any special characters) as long as it begins with
a letter. If you can't think of a unique login name make one up using letters from
your first and last name. Do not use login names such as 'info', 'admin'
or 'sales.' If you want to have email addressed to 'admin@yourdomain.com'
enter 'admin' as an email alias.
Your password should be between 6 and 8 characters. It can be composed of any combination
of numbers, upper or lower case letters and special characters. Don't use a password
that's easy to guess otherwise your account might be broken into. Examples of valid
passwords are: 'weY&120', 'BASs1@H'

Enter your credit card information here. If it concerns you to send credit card information
over the internet then fill out everything except your credit card number. Then call
201-569-1762 and leave your name and credit card number with the operator or fax
the information to 201-569-7898. If desired, you may send a check or money order
to Intersessions Inc. at the address below.
  
Based upon the high volume plan I have selected I agree to pay the amount shown
above to Intersessions Inc. for setup charges and web hosting service. Intersessions
will also register my domain name with the InterNIC or transfer the domain name from
my current provider. This will be the amount billed by Intersessions Inc. to the
credit card I have chosen above. I understand Intersessions will send me a new bill
ten days before the start of the each billing period and that the bill must be paid
within ten days of receipt or Intersessions may terminate my account.
I also understand that InterNIC or local registry charges are not included. If a
new domain name is being registered the InterNIC will bill me $70 directly for two
years maintenance of my domain name in their DNS database. This applies in the case
of new domain name registrations - not transfers.
